Periodic Occupational Health and Safety training for employers and persons managing employees

Opis

The training is intended for employers and persons managing employees (including persons managing state-owned enterprises, companies, private establishments, offices, cooperatives) and other persons managing employees (directors, foremen, masters, foremen, heads of departments and other organizational units).  

TRAINING OBJECTIVE  

Obtaining and updating knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations and principles are necessary to perform work. The first training is conducted within 6 months of starting work in these managerial positions. Periodic training should be conducted at least once every 5 years. The aim of the training is to familiarize participants with selected legal regulations in the field of labor law regarding occupational health and safety, assessment of hazards occurring in work processes, risks associated with these hazards, shaping safe and hygienic working conditions and protecting employees from hazards related to the work performed. The training contains guidelines on how to organize initial on-the-job training in the field of occupational health and safety and shaping safe behaviors of employees in work processes.  

FORM OF EDUCATION  

Guided self-education is a form of training that enables you to obtain, update and supplement your knowledge and skills in the field of occupational health and safety via the Internet.   A form of guided self-education conducted in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Economy and Labour of 27 July 2004 on training in the field of occupational health and safety (Journal of Laws 2004, No. 180, item 1860, as amended).  

DURATION  

The total time needed to learn the training content is at least 16 teaching hours, and the training is available for 30 days from the moment of purchasing the training. There is no limit to the number of logins, the training can be interrupted at any time and returned to the beginning or the place where it was interrupted.  

EXAM  

The examination takes the form of a test and is conducted under the supervision of the training organizer.  

CERTIFICATE OF TRAINING COMPLETION  

Participants who successfully complete the exam (min. 80% correct answers) will receive a certificate of completion of training, in accordance with the regulation on training in the field of occupational health and safety, valid for a period of 5 years.
